Seafreight and Airfreight

This department is responsible for answering all client inquiries regarding seafreight and airfreight shipment, import and export requirements. The group consists of documentation staff, customs representatives and supervisors.

No matter what your requirements are, Consolidation (LCL), Containerized (FCL), CY-to-CY, Door-to-Door, our seafreight and airfreight department can handle it.

Brokerage

Air & Sea Our accredited broker – Alexis I. Cruz Customs Brokerage, is responsible for all forms, documentation and facilitation of clearance of imported and exported goods from the Bureau of Customs.

As part of our service, we inform and assist potential and valued customers in defining the documentary requirements, expected expenditures, duties and taxes.

We strongly recommend all importers to ask for the exact procedures necessary for their respective importations to prevent delays and financial lost.

Our brokerage charges are governed by established rates per Custom's Administrative Order No. 3-96. In addition, A.T.E. charges as per quotation and official receipts.

Trucking & Distribution

In direct combination with the release of imported goods from international seaports and airports and the Bureau of Customs, our fleet of trucks is specially designed to suit the delivery requirement of your cargo to your house, factory or project site. As of the moment, we have acquired, three (3) units of 6-wheeler Close Van, one (1) unit of 4-wheeler Close Van, one (1) unit of Boom Truck, one (1) unit of Self-Loader, two (2) units of Prime Mover, one (1) unit of Wing Van, and at least ten (6) units of service vehicles for small packages and manpower for moving related jobs.

Main functions of this group are:
*With our domestic network, we could serve all our clients’ domestic distribution requirements.
*To deliver to its various clients all incoming shipments, local/domestic ranging from a kilo to tonnage, LCL to FCL and a box to bulk cargoes.
*To pick-up and deliver export shipments to ports and airports.
*To serve our moving department's trucking requirements in rendering our moving services which enables us to be more competitive in terms of rates and time efficiency.
